What to include
To get the fastest and most useful reply:
- Which guide you were reading (the URL or page title)
- What you tried and what happened
- What you expected to happen
- Your OS and its version (Windows 11 24H2, macOS 14.4, etc.)
- Screenshots if an error message is involved — they save a lot of back-and-forth
What we can’t help with
We love tech support, but a few things are outside what we can reasonably help with by email:
- Password recovery for ZIP files you received. We cannot crack or bypass encryption — that’s the whole point of it. Contact the file’s sender.
- Custom software development or consulting.
- Emergency data recovery from physically damaged drives. See a specialist service.
